Additional loading is carried out at the berth 1-2 of the OCSP by road transportation from the terminal and loading by port cranes. The loading rate is 6000 tons / day, the draft at the berth is 14 meters.

Timely delivery of a train with grain in the case of a “direct option” of loading (directly from the car to the ship) is one of the most effective ways to reduce the cost of port logistics. Costs for transit storage at the elevator are not required, payments for the ship’s downtime are excluded when it is waiting for grain on the way.

The crane is moored to the side of the receiver vessel, and a second vessel, the source or barge, is moored to the crane on the other side. Modern cranes provide board-to-board transshipment with a rate of 5-10 thousand tons / day.
